This is how it works at MoreStorage

We start with an inventory: what do you sell, how many orders do you process per day, and what are your requirements in terms of shipping, packaging and returns processing? We then link your webshop or ERP system to our WMS. As soon as an order comes in, it is automatically forwarded to us.

We take care of storing your stock. Upon arrival, we check the quantities, packaging, coding and condition of your products. Everything is stored in an orderly manner in our secure warehouse in Zoetermeer. Our system automatically calculates the smartest storage locations. This allows us to process orders quickly and accurately as soon as they come in.

When picking orders, we use fixed picking routes, smart scanners and clear instructions. This keeps the error rate extremely low, even during busy periods. We then package your products according to your instructions. A shipping box with your logo? A flyer included? Or completely neutral packaging? Everything is negotiable.

The shipment leaves our premises the same day. Carriers such as DHL, PostNL, UPS and our own transport service collect parcels several times a day – until 9:30 p.m. This means your customers benefit from fast delivery and you benefit from maximum processing speed.

We also take returns seriously. Every returned item that comes in is checked for condition, reason for return and completeness of the product. In consultation with you, we determine what should happen with the return: back into stock, write off or, for example, repackage.

Thanks to our returns module, you can see exactly what is coming in, allowing us to provide your customers with clarity quickly. This keeps your customer satisfaction high and your stock up to date.

Thanks to our customs warehouse and in-house customs agent, we can store, trade and deliver goods under T1 status. We provide support with VAT reverse charge (Article 23) and ensure that everything is done according to the rules, even internationally. We process returns from abroad just as quickly and accurately as domestic returns.
