This is how our return processing fulfilment works:
- You report your return notifications through our Warehouse Management System (WMS). From refusals and defects to orders that were not satisfactory.
- We receive the returns and process them within 24 hours in the WMS.
- We will inform you of the reason for the return shipment and the condition in which your return was received.
- Do you have any special return requests? Such as return forms, extra quality checks, and packing requirements? Then you can also indicate them in the WMS.
- If everything is in order, you can proceed with the possible financial settlement of your returns.
- You will continuously receive insight from us into the orders that have been returned to us.
- We check the goods that are in their original condition and, upon approval, put them back in stock to be sold again. That completes your fulfilment!
